The [UPLift article](https://freegroups.net/groups/uplift/0::505read.html) seemed to hit a nerve in some folk. Change is ubiquitous, so there's a large pool of candidates out there. Aversion to change ranks high on the human list.
And the poem got a request for reprint as well, so we're good.
