The first big step with new books on site

Well, we’ve made the first big step by getting all the FPress books into the shopping cart.

There’s still much to do: a proper theme to install, a few bugs to work out, and such, but the site is well on the road to being functional.

The shopping cart should be working. If you have a problem, please let us know.

Also please note the new books on the site by Phillip Eichman. It’s a pleasure to have his material on the gospel of Mark, the book of Acts, and the God who gives comfort in suffering.

Making a good move

We’ve moved the FPress website to our own server, which will provide us with some great possibilities.

For that to happen, we’ve got a lot of work to do. So the site may look messy for a bit.

But the final result will be good.

We’re already getting a shopping cart installed, and it appears to work. See above at Store.

So a bit of patience, with a lot of work on our part, and we’ll all have a wonderfully functional site that will streamline orders and facilitate communication.

In our connected world, that’s a must.

PINSON, Ala. (BNc) — On a Friday evening, an audience gathered at the Pinson High School Fine Arts Center to hear reason and evidences regarding the fundamental point of contention among the ‘religious’ world today: “The Bible is the exclusive standard of authority for Christian faith and practice.”

Robert Sungenis, well known author and president of Catholic Apologetics International, an organization dedicated to teaching and defending Roman Catholicism, was set to defend his belief in additional authoritative sources.

David Hester, evangelist with the Springville Road church, affirmed the Bible as the exclusive will of God to man.

New women’s section added to Christian Hub

With a number of Christian authors in the new women’s section, the Christian Hub highlights their contributions and provides a focal point for studies and articles of special interest to them.. The new section went live yesterday. The section is placed at the top of the third column.

As we find more authors that fit the necessary profile (see the CH About page), we’ll add them as well.
